We've been busy behind the scenes building a new and improved Chomp Audit Report, and we're making the switch this week!
The Audit Report is an important part of Chomp, bringing together your food safety records and helping you prepare for audits and verification. As Chomp continues to grow and evolve, we want to make sure the technology behind the report grows with it.
You'll have access to our new Audit Report this week, and we'll remove access to the existing version on 23 November 2026, when we'll also be saying goodbye for good to the old management dashboard.
We've moved the Audit Report onto the same modern technology that powers ChompHQ.
For you, that means a faster, smoother experience, particularly when working with lots of food safety records. It also gives our team much more flexibility to make updates and introduce new features in the future.
The first version focuses on bringing across the Audit Report functionality you already know and use. With these new foundations in place, we'll be in a much better position to keep improving the report over time.
From week commencing 19 October 2026:
You'll have access to the new audit report via ChompHQ by going to the Audits page and clicking on View Audit Report.
All links shared with auditors from this date will be for the new audit report.
From 23 November 2026:
If you're still using the old management dashboard, now's a good time to get familiar with ChompHQ ahead of the changeover.
There's no need to panic or start downloading mountains of paperwork!
We recommend familiarising yourself with the new Audit Report before the cut-off date of 23 November.
This update is about more than a fresh coat of paint. By bringing the Audit Report into ChompHQ's modern platform, we're setting ourselves up to deliver improvements more easily and continue making food safety management simpler for your team.
We're looking forward to getting the new Audit Report into your hands!
