New Feature - Photo Evidence

We've released a new feature that allows you to upload photo evidence. It is currently available in Pest Control and Maintenance and will be added to more templates in the near future.

How photo evidence works

• Check out the video below to see how to use photo evidence. We've used a pest control issue as an example.

• You can take photos directly from your device or upload photos. More than one photo can be uploaded.

Adding photos to the audit report

• Photos can be viewed in the Management Dashboard in Diary Entries.
• Here you can select if you would like the photos to be be included in your audit report. By default, photos will not be added in the audit report.

• To see photos in the audit report, click on Audit Report, then Pest Control or Maintenance and choose either Pest Control/Maintenance Events or Daily Pest Control. The camera icon shows there is photo evidence. If it is orange, it indicates that there is an issue. Click on the blue link to show the photo.
