New Feature - Cancel Pending Team Invitations in ChompHQ

Invited the wrong person to your team? Or perhaps a new starter's plans have changed before they've even started?

No worries! You can now cancel pending team member invitations directly from ChompHQ, giving you more control over who joins your team.

How to cancel a team invitation

If you've sent an invitation that you no longer need, here's how to cancel it:

1. Log in to ChompHQ and head to the Team page.
2. Find the pending team member in your Staff list.
3. Click on their name to open their profile.
4. In the Account Status section at the top of their profile, select Cancel Invitation.

That's it! The pending invitation will be cancelled.

What if they've already accepted?

You can only cancel an invitation before the recipient has accepted it and created their profile.

Once they've completed their registration, they're an active team member, so you'll need to remove their access by archiving them instead.

One less thing to worry about

Whether you've entered the wrong email address, invited someone by mistake or had a last-minute change to your roster, you can now tidy up pending invitations yourself.
