I'm a Chomp customer, when will I get ChompHQ?
We've finished rolling it out to existing customers , this was completed in April 2026.
You can now access ChompHQ via www.chomphq.com
How do I access ChompHQ?
You can access ChompHQ via www.chomphq.com
You'll need your username and password to access, this remains the same as your old dashboard login.
If you have trouble loging in, please click on the 'Forgot Password' link and follow the steps to reset your password.
What will happen to the current Management Dashboard?
We're currently phasing out the old Management Dashboard over the next few weeks.
We'll shortly be sending out communications to notify you of the shutdown date.
Has all my venues data from the old management dashboard been transferred over to ChompHQ?
Yes! All your historci food safety records were transferred over automatically.
All new data recorded in the Chomp Kitchen app will instantly show up in the new dashboard.
